Kanstul Music, Inc. Lifetime Warranty
Any instrument purchased through Kanstul Music Inc. will be covered for the lifetime of the instrument to the original owner. The Lifetime Warranty is for any defects in materials or workmanship.

Conditions
This warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, neglect, misuse, tampering, accident or normal wear and tear.

Factory finishes are guaranteed to be applied properly, using the very finest protective materials and techniques. Discoloration or peeling caused by damage, perspiration, corrosive atmosphere and other external sources are not covered under this warranty.

Defects caused by soldering acid bleeds or failure of the finish to adhere to the instrument surface are covered by the warranty.
The factory will be the sole judge as to cause of damage or defects and be responsible for repair. The repair of an instrument shall constitute a settlement in full of all claims of the buyer for damages and shall operate as a release of all claims for damages of both the buyer and the factory arising out of the warranty. Customer must keep original invoice as proof of purchase and ownership for this lifetime warranty to be valid.
